It is a service in the form of a web application available to customers that allows you to register the purchased machine and download certificates and technical documents.

A NEW VALUE FOR THE COSTUMER

• Visa Gives to the customer the opportunity to always have the documentation available in digital format (also when genset has been delivered to the final customer);
• Visa Activates a new point of contact with support team.

MYPOWER.VISA.IT ALLOWS THE CUSTOMER TO 

• Access to machine documents and data (installation manuals, main components manuals, datasheets, Technical drawings..);
• Upload photos, additional persnal documentation;
• Request for Customer Assistance and Spare Parts.

You find it inside the Documents bag attached to the control panel at the first delivey. Inside the bag you’ll still find all hardcopy documents that we receive from our suppliers too.
