Milan’s “vertical forest” has been named the winner of the 2014 International Highrise Award, given out biannually since 2004 by the City of Frankfurt and Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM).

Deeming to be the most beautiful and innovative highrise in the world, from over 800 highrises that were commissioned worldwide, Vertical Forest was praised by an international jury of experts consisting of architects, structural engineers and real estate specialists.
