The Visa Dry-Prime motorpumps of the Mining series are vacuum-assisted, self-priming pumps designed to efficiently suction water in various situations. Featuring a centrifugal configuration, an open impeller with a large flow, and supported by a robust volumetric depressor, these pumps can self-prime effectively, even when dealing with extended pipes..

The vacuum-assisted features of these pumps are designed to satisfy different requirements, including suction from wellpoint systems and the transfer of sewage and wastewater. Priming occurs automatically, without the need to add water (dry-prime), and the pump can also operate without liquid (dry-run).

The Mining series pumps are perfectly suited to the suction of different types of water, but they are also suitable for suction from ditches or tanks containing dirty water or water with suspended solids, sewage, and other similar substances.

Automatic DRY-PRIME motorpumps for Mining

Zeus Dry Prime motorpumps deliver optimal performance and efficiency, thanks to the use of high-efficiency pumps and high-performance diesel engines. This ensures the timely completion of tasks with minimal operating costs. Assisted vacuum pumps are designed to allow the pump to prime without manually adding liquid to the system and to guarantee fast self-priming with reduced operating costs. The Mining series is characterized by its extreme robustness and ability to work effectively in the most challenging environments.   

Automatic vacuum assisted PUMPS 

Beside the possibility to set up these motorpumps with vacuum-assisted pumps of the renowned Pioneer brand, we also offer new pumps, designed, manufactured and guaranteed directly by Visa SpA, which provide extreme flows with high prevalence capacity and with an automatic priming and re-priming system.         

ENGINES 

The standard version of the Zeus Prime motorpumps is equipped with FPT Industrial® (IVECO), PERKINS® , HYUNDAI® (DOOSAN) or DEUTZ®.

CONTROL PANEL and WEB MANAGMENT SYSTEM 

The motorpump is equipped with a control panel for alarms, engine speed, oil and fuel levels and pump management. Besides, the 4G Kit, allows to communicate with the motorpump remotely as well as the control and the management from the PC.
