What is a heat exchanger?
it is a plate exchanger equipped with a primary circuit on which the engine cooling circuits run and with a secondary circuit which goes to a remote radiator.
How does it work?
the engine independently runs the primary circuit fluids (for this reason the heat exchanger must be installed close to the engine)
the secondary circuit goes to a remote radiator and its circulation must take place through an electric pump (not always requested in the supply
we always rely on suppliers with whom we cooperate with a long-term relationship!
We choose reliable partners, able to offer:
- Supply of complete kits (many suppliers provide loose tube systems, fittings and kits)
- Complete technical information and datasheets
- Carry out the right sizing on the engine
- Provide information to size the secondary circuit (typically not included into the supply)
- Partner who has a consolidated «know-how» referring to radiators for some engines
