A series of special machines have recently been supplied to an important Italian pharmaceutical company, engaged at the forefront in the fight against cancer and oncological diseases.

These generating sets are designed to meet the specific needs stated by the customer referring to maximum performance, reliability and technology, based on a project carried out together with our team of engineers, experts in designing emergency power systems to minimize the risk of power outages.
PROJET DESCRIPTION:
The total project consists of 3 units of model P 2000CONT for the back up power system. P.R.P. Continuous power: 2000 kVA - L.P.T. Stand-by power: 2250 kVA each
The machines are assembled in 40' HC container version with a remarkably large space inside to make checks and maintenance operations easier on the alternator, on the fuel-tank and also to allow an easy connection to the customer's power system. The three units are equipped with a 16-cylinder Perkins engine, model 4016-61TRG2 coupled with Stamford alternator model PI734F, selected for their robustness and high-quality level.
CONTROL PANEL:
Control panel is model InSync 500, specifically supplied following the client’s indications for the gensets’ parallel management. This is our new controller developed in partnership with Comap, featuring a large 5”colour-screen display, integrated Ethernet port for monitoring via TPC Modbus and the possibility for paralleling both among gensets (up to 32) and paralleling with the mains supply.
The generators also include a GPS modem with a SIM card for remote genset monitoring and for receiving email notifications.
SPECIAL CONFIGURATION:
A 400 Lt. fueltank complete with retention basin and leak-detection sensor is fitted on board of the machine, automatically refueled by a 9000 Lt. external tank, in 15’ container version, equipped with pumping kit, internal lighting system and fuel level control device also remotely.
ENCLOSURES:
The container version of the generating sets guarantees a low noise level, corresponding to 75dBA at 7 mt.
SPECIAL AGREEMENT:
Considering the strategic importance of these 3 units within the company plant, the agreement also includes a 10-year total guarantee and a technical assistance and telephone support constantly available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
